14 WAYS TO BURN BELLY FAT EASILY

Belly fat is that stubborn part of our lives that interferes with our health as well as confidence. If you have tried everything out there and still failed to get your belly fat burned, you must try out these little things that can help you lose belly fat easily.

1. Drink warm water instead of normal or refrigerated water to boost your metabolism.

2. Start your day with lemon and honey in warm water.

3. Massage your lower abdomen or belly region with coconut/olive or any essential oil added to a carrier oil, every night before sleeping.

4. Have short meals frequently instead of one large meal.

5. Use platter method (fill most of your plate with green vegetables and fiber and only the remaining portion with carbohydrates).
