Every year we make resolutions and hardly follow them for a month or so. Although we can make resolutions anytime during the year, it’s more motivating to start the new year with things we really want to change about ourselves. So, here are 4 resolutions everybody must make in 2021 for a better life:

1. Mental health at first place
2020 hasn’t been good to so many of us due to loss of employment, depression and suicide by our favourite personalities despite so much name and fame. So, it’s high time when we should understand how important it is to be in a good state of mind and start working towards it.


2. Be more fit
Covid-19 isn’t a 2019 or 20 thing, it is still going to be with us in 2021. And thus, being more cautious and preventive is better than regretting later. Our lifestyles require a better change.

3. Work life balance
As we are moving into modern world, we aren’t hardly able to keep our lives balanced. As I previously stated we really require a better lifestyle not just in terms of diet and exercise but also about managing work, personal relationship and stress.

4. No regrets
Let us accept it we eat over and then regret, we miss out on a picnic and then regret, we don’t study for exam and then regret. Instead of keeping our lives full od regrets, let us enjoy every moment by giving our 100% i.e being totally involved in whatever you do.
