Studies have found out that people with lack of sleep face illness frequently. It is because our body requires to fight hard with the viruses while we are awake. Thus, getting an adequate hours of sleep becomes important.
So how much of sleep is required? On an average an adult should sleep for 7-8 hours every night; a teenager for 8-9 hours and a child for 10 hours. So make sure you sleep well.
Exercise is a boom to body. Staying active and exercise regularly helps keep away infections and inflammation. It also helps maintain an ideal weight and releases good chemicals. So do not find an excuse to lie on your bed.

In the times of Corona Pandemic, stress is common. But do you know stress can disturb the fighting power of your immune system, and make you ill? Thus, it becomes important to relax and keep your system calm. Stress can be managed by performing yoga, meditation and exercise.
4- Vitamin C
Consumption of vitamin C helps build your immunity and fight viruses. Vitamin C is commonly found in fruits like orange, lemon, kiwi, strawberry, grapefruit, tomato etc. Do include these in your diet to improve the functioning of your immune system.
Keeping your body exposed to around 15 minutes of sunlight everyday also help build immunity and keep away illness.
