Alabama was rocked on Thursday when seven people were found dead in their house. Authorities said that they were searching for the person responsible early next morning to find the culprit.
The Morgan County Sheriff’s office reported that they got a complaint about gunshots being heard at about 11:20 at night. This was from Valhermoso Springs, near Huntsville in Alabama. The case is being investigated as a homicide.
The public in the area has been told that there is no threat. According to them, it was done by one person who was inside but then fled the house. Let’s find out what the police statements are.
WHAT DID THE POLICE SAY ABOUT THE SHOOTING IN ALABAMA?
Mike Swafford, who is the spokesman for the sheriff’s office clarified the situation. That’s where it was revealed that the threat wasn’t that big.
“We do believe them to have left the area,” he said in a telephone interview.
“We believe somebody came to this residence to do ill, did it, and then has left. We believe it is an isolated, and not a spree, killing.”
The victims were in their thirties to fifties and no possible suspect had yet been identified. The scene is actively being processed and there is no input yet on the circumstances yet on what led this horrific killing. With the ongoing protests in the USA as well as the coronavirus pandemic, things are not ending. The bad news seems to be coming from all directions with no good news in sight.
