Getting a good night’s sleep is essential for our bodies to function efficiently and yet many of us do not sleep properly at night. Sleeplessness can be caused by many factors like stress and anxiety. Over the years we have tried various methods to get a sound sleep but it still doesn’t seem to work out. While meditation is a good way to improve the sleep cycle, here are a few apps that come in handy to help you sleep like a baby and feel refreshed.
Headspace is one of the best apps out there to help you relax and put you to sleep. It is basically a meditation app with a lot of sleep meditation guides. The free version of the app has 45-55 minutes long “sleepcasts” which are like bedtime stories and make you think of calming situations and experiences and it keeps updating new stories every night to break the monotony.
