Sleeplessness can be caused by many factors like stress and anxiety. Over the years we have tried various methods to get a sound sleep but it still doesn’t seem to work out. While meditation is a good way to improve the sleep cycle, here are a few apps that come in handy to help you sleep like a baby and feel refreshed.

Pzizz

Pzizz is an app with customisable durations of the sessions. It lets you set a timer and plays a variety or soothing and calming music and sounds to help you sleep. It also comes with a built in alarm.
