- Sleep adequately
Sleeping adequately for about 7-8 hours every day is important to stay healthy and manage your household chores better. Make sure you sleep well.
- Eat Healthfully
Eating healthily is important irrespective of the age group you belong to. Eat enough greenies, fruits and protein-rich food to stay active and energetic.
- Exercise
Engage in any physical activity of your choice for at least 30 mins a day for 5 days to keep your body away from diseases.
- Practise your hobbies
Love playing a game? Play. Love singing? Sing. Love shopping? Shop. Do whatever brings you joy at least for 15-30 mins every day.
- Meet your loved ones
Cherish old memories by meeting your loved ones — whether it be your friends, cousins, or college mates.
- Take short breaks
Take short breaks in between your everyday tasks to feel fresh and motivated. Don’t overwhelm or exhaust yourself.
