If you are new to a relationship, always remember a few things that can be the biggest turn-offs for your partner and can make them feel uncomfortable.
Always talking about ex
It is a good practice to share your past with your partner. Sharing your past encourages transparency and honesty in a relationship. However, you must know that the talks regarding your past relationships, especially about your ex should be limited to that one time only. It shouldn’t happen that every time you talk with your partner you bring up your ex in some or another way. This can make them feel really uncomfortable and they will slowly start losing interest in the relationship. Also, remember that this can paint you as a lover who is still in love with their ex and is looking at ways to reconcile with them.
Always dominating conversations
Communication is the key to any successful relationship. Whenever a new bond or relationship is forming, you need to communicate with your partner to know more about them, their likes and dislikes. However, communication is a two-way street. It should never be about you only. Both the people should be equally involved. Thus, refrain from dominating the conversation and make sure that the other person feels welcomed and loved.
No life goals
This might take you by surprise but there are many who don’t like to have partners who have no life goals and are aimless. It is important for every individual to have a dream or some aspirations that they wish to fulfill. Nobody likes to be with a person who is aimless and doesn’t want to take any responsibility for his or her future. Thus, have a goal in life and work extremely hard to make your dream true. Rest everything will automatically follow.
