Deleted ‘Endgame’ Scene With Tony Stark Is Way More Emotional

It’s been a couple of months since Avengers: Endgame was released and people took their time to get used to with Tony Stark’s death. When everything was going okay, Marvel had to return and break everyone’s hearts once again.

Do you remember the vivid talk about the deleted scene with Tony Stark and his grown-up daughter Morgan? It was there right after he snapped his fingers and saved everyone in the universe and in return he sacrificed himself. The scene is just like when Thanos has talked to a younger version of Gamora just after he was snapped in Avengers: Infinity War. However, the scene is already out on the Disney Plus streaming service.

It’s a very meaningful scene, where Tony can finally meet with her grown-up daughter. Moreover, he can be at peace after knowing that his daughter loves him and is proud of him as well and this is something he never heard from his own father in his life.

While talking about this scene in the video commentary, Joe Russo said, “We felt it ground the movie to a halt and we felt he did something similar in the next sequence when he gives his own eulogy. What can happen in a film this big is you can have ending after ending and it starts to feel like the movie’s never going to end. When you have too many [ending] sequences in a row, you can dilute the value of each one of them.”
