Ellen DeGeneres During The Coronavirus Quarantine – Calls and Puzzles

The coronavirus pandemic has locked everyone inside their homes. People all over the world are being made to quarantine themselves, and practice social distancing. A major downside to this lockdown is having to be at home all day. In the beginning, that can be the best part. Getting to rest all day. But, then that rest starts to turn into boredom. This is exactly what happened with talk show host Ellen DeGeneres. She is staying at home with her wife Portia de Rossi.

Trying to deal with this boredom, she called up some of her very famous friends.

WHAT DID ELLEN DEGENERES DO?

In an attempt to find ways to kill the boredom, Ellen called Grammy award winner John Legend to find out what he was doing. She uploaded a video of the phone call on Instagram.

During the call, Ellen also talked to Chrissy Teigen, whom John is married to.

Upon learning that Teigen and Legend were with their children, Ellen wished that she had children because she was so bored!

Their children Miles Theodore, 1, and Luna Simone, 3, joined the conversation, saying “We’re bored too.”

Chrissy shared the video on Twitter, saying –

“Ellen does not know how to do nothing and it’s still pretty early in the isolation game.”

Then, the talk show host proceeded to call singer Justin Timberlake and his wife Jessica Biel.

After finding out that no one was doing anything interesting, she called her friend Adam Levine to wish him on his birthday.

Adam was also spending his birthday at home with his family.

Ellen shared her experience with the quarantine on Instagram. She revealed to her followers that she was going to start doing a 4000-piece puzzle, but didn’t because it was missing a piece.

So much for that plan.

“I counted the pieces — there’s only 3,999, there’s not 4,000 pieces. I don’t know about you, but when you get to the end of the puzzle and you feel so good and accomplished but then there’s one piece missing, it’s not fun. It’s not fair. So yeah, I’m not going to do it.”

She later found the piece, but still couldn’t do the puzzle because she didn’t have a table big enough!
