Polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) is a condition that a number of young women are facing today. Although it isn’t curable, it can be managed with active lifestyle and healthy diet. Diet actually plays an important role in managing PCOS for two reasons. First, because weight management is important. Second, insulin resistance is something that has to be managed.

7- Dried beans, lentils, and other legumes
