Covid-19 Lockdown has brought a number of lifestyle changes in our lives. One major change that we observed was inactive lifestyle. Why? Because we couldn’t go out to gyms to work out and binge-eating and sleeping had been our favourite ways of passing time.

And this has made us put on Kgs, which is really difficult to lose now. So how can you deal with obesity post-lockdown? Read ahead and get back to your ideal weight. (Of course, not just by reading, but also implementing).

1. Get up
Lockdown has definitely made us lazy and crazy, but now it’s time to get up on time and get back to our regular schedules including working out early morning.

2. Stay active
Lockdown has made us stay indoors and in fact, lie on bed throughout the day. But now you need to kick your lazy ass and move two steps to get water, prepare food and go out to work. Because it is only how you can stay active and lose weight.


3. Healthy diet
Diet plays an extremely important role in weight loss. What you eat is how you look. Lockdown has made us all binge-eat the entire day. But now it is time to improve your diet by eliminating those unhealthy fats and including high protein and fiber rich food.
