For a healthy body, sleeping is as essential as eating and exercising. In general a person should sleep for 7-8 hours. 1. Turn off gadgets
If you aim to sleep at 10 PM, give up your phone and devices like laptop by 9 PM because technological gadgets is one of the most common reasons for disturbed sleep. The blue light that is released from our gadgets doesn’t let our brain know that it is night.

3. Prepare the room
Tha ambience of your room really affects your sleep quality. At least half an hour before you aim to sleep, you should turn off your lights and ensure that you lie comfortably on your bed.
