Adolescence is the best time to grow height by adopting good practices and bringing lifestyle changes. The older you become, lesser are the chances of increasing your height. However, if are into your teenage, it is very much possible to grow your height, if you ensure the following things:
1. Have plenty of sleep
Sleep is really important for every human being. In teenage, it is even more important. Do you know you grow while you are asleep? You must, therefore, sleep for at least 8 hours every night for your body to increase height.
2. Diet
Obviously a good diet is the key to a healthy body and mind. Your diet should be rich in protein and calcium, so that your bones grow strong and long. Include milk products in your diet and do not skip meals. Just don’t.
3. Avoid certain things
You need to avoid certain things like smoking, drinking, or any other toxic products as it may stop your height from growing. Also, avoid walking with your shoulders bended, keep it straight to have a good posture.
4. Exercise
Ofcourse this is the most important factor. Practice yoga, asanas, exercises mainly streching ones like skipping, touching toes etc. every morning. It would really help your muscle remain flexible and grow long.
