HOW TO MAKE HUNZA TEA TO STAY FIT

Hunza tea is a popular beverage of people living in Hunza, near the Gilgit-Baltistan region. These people are knowing to live long (mostly above 100 years) and disease-free.

The secret factor of their longevity is known to be Hunza Tea. So , here’s how you can make it.

Ingredients:

-12 pcs Mint Leaves

-8 pcs Basil (Tulsi) Leaves

-4 pcs Cardamom (green)

-2 gms Cinnamon

-20 gms Ginger

-20 gms Jaggary (Gur) (optional)

-1 tsp Lemon Juice (freshly squeezed)

Method:
1. Take 1.5 cup of water in a pan and let it boil.
2. Add all the above mentioned ingredients into boiling water.
3. Simmer it for 10 minutes.
4. Add lemon juice (and jaggery) to enhance taste.
5. Your Hunza tea is ready.
