1. Exercise everyday
No matter if you can’t go to gym , that’s not a genuine reason to take a break from your workout at least. Exercising at home everyday can help you stay fit when health is the most precious thing at present.

Stress is common during this time. For this, meditate every morning for 10-15 minutes and trust me, you’ll feel relaxed.
3. Don’t take pressure
Don’t put pressure on yourself for work. Yes, you may be financially struggling but it’s important to stay calm and work without over-burdening yourself.
4. Pursue hobby
Now that you are usually at home and don’t get to party, do something at home. Something which you really enjoy doing. It can be art, singing, cooking or anything you really love.
