From being able to focus more on study/work, to having a more calm and relaxed mind, waking up early in the morning indeed offers various benefits to body and mind.
Although waking up early isn’t a big task in general but switching from a night owl to an early bird, undoubtedly is!
So, here’s how you can easily switch from a night owl to an early bird and be benefitted in immense ways:
1. Start with morning
If you try to sleep early to be able to wake ho early, it won’t happen. This is because you are habitual of sleeping late and it is not easy to fall asleep on time if you are not tired. So, wake up early no matter when you sleep, to make you feel sleepy naturally in the evening.

2. Wake-up gradually
By this I mean don’t suddenly decide on to wake-up at 4 a.m. When changing this habit, start with waking up at an hour or so before. Gradually shift it back.
3. Find a reason
No matter what you do, if you don’t have a reason to wake-up early, you won’t be able to maintain this habit. For instance, if you want to be physically fit by going to gym, ut should act as your motivation. Or even if you want to study or work more productively to score better.
