Winters are almost here, and our hair have started demanding that extra care and time. During winters, our scalp goes dry, which leads to dandruff as one of the many hair complications during the winters.
To know how to manage your hair during winters,
1. Don’t wash too often
Shampooing or washing hair often, takes away all the natural oil or nourishment from the hair. And winters are a curse when we talk about nourishment of scalp. So, if you wash your hair too often, you’ll end up with dry scalp, dandruff and itching.

2. Cover up head
In winters, when going out, keep your hair covered so that you don’t get that cold air hitting your head for various reasons. First, it can damage your hair. Second, you can catch cold and third, it can make your hair dirty, making you wash often, eventually leading to damage. So, cover up your hear (specifically hair) when moving out.
3. Hydrate hair
Now that you know that the major concern for hair in winters should be keeping it moisturzed, you must try to keep it hydrated, by not just applying oil on regular basis but also, hair mask masks at least twice in a week and leave it for overnight, so that it restores all the natural moisture.
