- Have realistic expectations and goals
Setting unrealistic expectations and goals in puberty can lead to disappointment and lack of confidence. Hence, setting achievable goals is important.
- Keep life simple
Overcomplicating life and indulging in overwhelming activities can make you feel sad. Keep it simple and find happiness is those little things.
- Ask for help
