  1. I love red wine and drink it often. Sometimes I indulge in more than one glass. But I have not been sick in years, even if family or coworkers are sick, my immune system keeps me healthy. I also don’t burn when out in the hot Arizona sun, even without sunscreen. I read somewhere that red wines protects your skin from the sun. I also feel that it keeps my weight in check. A glass or two of red wine satisfies my sweet tooth and I don’t reach for unhealthy snacks! 🍷
