4. Quantity
Coffee contains almost double the amount of caffeine than tea and drinking much can harm your health. You can drink up to 5 cups of tea and 3 cups of coffee in a day.
5. Weight loss
When you are trying to lose weight, green tea can be the best option for you! Green tea contains almost zero calories, which can help in boosting your metabolism and improve your body’s overall ability to burn fats also. On the other hand, coffee can make you feel full and increase the speed of your metabolism but. So, tea is better than coffee.
