Memory Difficulties

Being in depression can result in you forgetting small and big things. People find it difficult to remember things. They struggle to remember key incidents. A person battling depression can also face problems in remembering work deadlines, a friend’s birthday, daily activity, or medicines.

Slowed Movement

There are chances are they easily get tired or can feel lethargic all the time. You can always feel fatigued as the body gets drained of energy. You also lack the motivation to do something and just like to lay down on the bed and think about your life and things happening around you in general.
