What to wear while for Home-workout

The closure of gyms due to covid-19 has made you workout at home now, but ‘what to wear’ stands as your biggest concern. Well, it’s not as complicated as your think it to be!
And here are a few tips that’ll make it super easy for you to choose your workout outfit:

1- Wear something you are comfortable in. By comfort, we mean the fabric as well as the size and strechability.

2- Cotton Tee or shorts may work well, as it lets you breathe and absorb sweat. But make sure, it’s not loose, as it may fall off if you perform postures or jog.

3- Women should not skip wearing a sports bra as it helps maintain a good posture even when you workout.

4- Do not skip wearing your shoes as it prevents your feet from paining.

5- Wear according to weather. Hot pants and sleeveless tee is perfect for summers. But in winters, wear a full tee along with a lower or high-waist legging.
