Big Toe Pose (Padangusthasana)
This is a very simple yoga pose which will also act as a stretching exercise along with increasing the flow of blood to the hair. To do this pose, stand on a mat with your feet shoulder-width apart. Make sure that your back is straight. Now bend your upper half downwards from the tummy so that your forehead touches your knees and the fingers of your hand touches your big toes.
Seated Forward Bend Pose (Paschimottanasana)
Just like Big Toe Pose, seated forward bend pose is also an easy stretching exercise that will increase the flow of blood and oxygen to your scalp. For practicing this pose, sit on the mat in such a way that your legs are straight and back upright. Your legs should be joined throughout this pose. Now, slowly bend your back forward from your hips and make your hands touch your toes, ankle or feet. Also, your forehead should rest on your legs.

Corpse Pose (Savasana)
It is the most effortless pose as you don’t need to do much for this. Stress is one of the major causes of hair loss in today’s world. Corpse Pose helps in relieving stress and relaxing your body. To do this pose, lie down on your back on the mat. Spread your feet apart and rest your hands on your side with your palms facing upwards. Simultaneously, try to relax your body by closing your eyes and by focusing on the gentle rhythm of your breathing.
